As Vice President of Engineering, Dr. Martin Mieth is responsible for all aspects of ipoque’s OEM network analytics solutions with a strong focus on innovation and research partnerships with universities. Prior to his current position, Martin successfully lead the deep packet inspection (DPI) development department and established an in-house research team dedicated to machine learning and artificial intelligence. Martin can rely on more than nine years of managing experience for several specialized teams, all while applying agile values and methods. Before joining ipoque, he worked for the German Federal Armed Forces as an IT officer in charge of numerous software development and IT projects. Martin holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and information technology. He also holds an MBA and is a certified project manager.
As Head of Sales, Sebastian Müller manages the Sales team, providing leadership and supporting the team through complex sales cycles. In his position, he develops and ensures the attainment of further sales/revenue and profit margins, which contribute to the company’s bottom line. Prior to that, he held several other strategic positions at Rohde & Schwarz, including Business Development Manager and Product Manager. He can look back on 12 years of experience at Rohde & Schwarz, providing him with deep insights into market requirements and customer needs.
As an experienced sales engineer, Anna brings a wealth of hands-on experience gained in sales roles across various industries. With a background rooted in sales fundamentals, she has honed her skills over the years, adapting to the unique requirements of each sector. Anna's commitment to continuous learning is a driving force in her career. She loves to acquire new knowledge and skills, and embraces the challenges that come with working in different industries. This versatility has not only helped growing her expertise but also her social skills and personality. In addition to her focus on sales, Anna has strategically integrated marketing expertise into her skill set. Recognizing the symbiotic relationship between the two functions, she uses it to optimize results.
John Bonzey is responsible for the American market, which he opened successfully for all ipoque products since joining Rohde & Schwarz back in 2013. John has a strong position in selling both software and hardware system solutions to network operators, enterprise and OEM market segments. With more than 25 years of experience, he has achieved high revenue and account growth for high-tech companies, such as Spirent Communications, Tektronix, Tollgrade Communications and others.

Thomas is Head of Quality Assurance at ipoque and holds a degree in sociology. With over 10 years of experience in test management, Thomas is responsible for the software quality assurance and continuous improvement of the deep packet inspection product series R&S®PACE 2 and R&S®vPACE at ipoque. As a QA advocate, his mission is to create a collaborative environment between testers, developers, and operations to provide a quality assessment for everyone as fast as possible. When he’s not breaking any computer systems, he likes to escape into his library.
Magnus has always had a keen interest in computer science. From the start, he has had a particular fascination for deep packet inspection and the broader technologies utilizing this powerful software. Based on this interest, Magnus joined ipoque, a market leader in the DPI field.
During his 15 years at ipoque, he has worked in development, pre-sales and consulting. Throughout this time, he has not only been able to motivate, coach and advise people from around the globe, but also to expand his personal experience by providing full-stack support from rapid prototyping over integration support up to application architecture design. When he is not out promoting ipoque, he has a passion for seeing the world from his motorbike.

Tobias holds a degree in electrical engineering and has more than ten years of experience in product development. For a number of years, Tobias has been working as an application engineer for the deep packet inspection (DPI) software R&S®PACE 2 at ipoque, a subsidiary of the Rohde & Schwarz company. Tobias provides engineering services from the packet processing level up to the application level. In customer consulting, he identifies the optimal implementation to fulfill customer requirements and assists with the architectural decisions that go along with embedding DPI into network solutions. When he’s not at work, Tobias plays disc golf and enjoys doing CrossFit.
