Your opportunities as a working student
At ipoque, you'll be one of about 50 working students from many different study programs, such as computer science, mathematics, communications and media, and economics. Over the past three years, 18 of our working students took our offer to work in permanent positions. On average, working students work at ipoque for 3.5 years before being offered a permanent position.
During the lecture period, working students can work up to 20 hours per week. During the semester break, working students can, if necessary, work full time. To be employed as a working student, you need to be enrolled at university for the entire period of employment.

Silke Boing

After completing her master's degree in sociology, Jessica made it her mission to find the best talents for ipoque. Since 2019, she has been actively searching for candidates online and offline at various career fairs. Be it a software developer, manager of financial reporting, or working student, Jessica is familiar with the required skills and challenges for every job.

Sebastian describes a company as a big puzzle, where you have to search and find the correct pieces and place them in the right spots.
