Dirk Czepluch is CEO at ipoque, a Rohde & Schwarz company. In his position, he develops and executes the company’s business strategy. He ensures that the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and has a strong focus on the development in the fields of research & development, product management and quality assurance.

Prior to joining ipoque in 2013, Dirk worked as an engineer and project supervisor at Rohde & Schwarz, Munich, where he was in charge of several product lines. Dirk has published various research papers on the topics of tracking systems, antenna arrays and the general improvement of radiolocation systems.

As Head of Sales, Sebastian Müller manages the Sales team, providing leadership and supporting the team through complex sales cycles. In his position, he develops and ensures the attainment of further sales/revenue and profit margins, which contribute to the company’s bottom line. Prior to that, he held several other strategic positions at Rohde & Schwarz, including Business Development Manager and Product Manager. He can look back on eight years of experience at Rohde & Schwarz, providing him with deep insights into market requirements and customer needs.

John Bonzey is responsible for the American market, which he opened successfully for all ipoque products since joining Rohde & Schwarz back in 2013. John has a strong position in selling both software and hardware system solutions to network operators, enterprise and OEM market segments. With more than 25 years of experience, he has achieved high revenue and account growth for high-tech companies, such as Spirent Communications, Tektronix, Tollgrade Communications and others.

Sales Manager EMEA

John Hallett is responsible for the EMEA market. Since joining Rohde & Schwarz back in 2013, he has not only developed existing business divisions but also opened new areas for all ipoque products successfully. Within more than 19 years of experience in sales as Account Director & Senior Account Director, he has been responsible for growth strategies and engagement approaches within key UK national and global blue chip client accounts. During this time, John has gained a strong profile in selling both complex software and hardware system solutions to network operators, enterprise and OEM market segments, such as Barracuda, DXC (Computer Sciences Corporation), Bombardier Transport, National Health Service (UK), National Grid and others.

Stephan Klokow

Director DPI

Stephan Klokow brings more than twelve years of leadership experience in the energy sector with a focus on IT, product and software development and operations. He currently acts as Director DPI, leading all aspects of our core product R&S®PACE 2. Before joining Rohde & Schwarz, he worked on national and international projects, being responsible for the further development of digital products focusing on smart home and IoT. He also has extensive experience in product and service development of powerful and highly available IT systems for industrial customers in the electricity, gas and non-commodity sectors. Stephan holds a degree in computer science.

Irina Palade is the Product Manager for the Traffic Analytics product line at Rohde & Schwarz. Irina is responsible for the definition and implementation of product strategies, from the concept phase to end-of-life. With her deep knowledge of data analytics, data visualization, reporting platforms and Big Data architectures, she is in charge of spotting trends as well as new product requirements and enhancements for the Traffic Analytics suite. Irina has more than eight years of experience in product management and holds a master’s degree in telecommunication networking.

Heike Masurek brings more than 15 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, mostly in the technology and consumer goods industry. Prior to joining Rohde & Schwarz, she held several marketing positions, including Director of Marketing at VivoSensMedical and Hanwah Q CELLS. Heike can rely on many years of work experience in marketing communications, advertising, brand management and product marketing and has successfully managed brands at all stages; from infancy to maturity in both monopolistic and highly competitive environments. She began her career as a Marketing and Communication Consultant at Publicis Group – one of the largest marketing and communications companies in the world. Heike holds a master’s degree in media and communication.

As Recruiting Manager at ipoque, Sebastian is responsible for the entire applicant management, from the creation of the job advertisement to the signing of the contract. His tasks include the direct approach on popular social media platforms, the conduct of job interviews, trial days and assessment centers as well as the selection of suitable applicants, based on the required qualifications.
