Management Team

	Klaus Mochalski, Chief Executive Officer has conducted research in the area of network measurements for five years prior to co-founding ipoque working on international projects in the USA, Germany and New Zealand. Prior to his research he was working as an IT consultant planning and deploying large-scale network installations.
	Hendrik Schulze, Chief Technology Officer lead a large research project on advanced applications of mobile Internet technologies in telemedicine at the University of Leipzig. Besides the scientific part he was also responsible for project management and funding.
	Klaus Degner, Chief Software Architect has worked with Klaus Mochalski on several network measurement projects in Germany and the USA contributing significant portions of source code to various analysis tools for high-speed Internet measurements. In his role as Chief Software Architect Klaus Degner is responsible for the software and technology development.
	Dr. Frank Stummer, Chief Financial Officer After receiving his PhD on venture capital partnerships research, Frank Stummer worked as a business consultant on several international projects for more than four years. He supported large corporate and public clients in improving their business processes with special focus on controlling and accounting. Frank Stummer is the Chief Financial Officer and responsible for business development.
	Oliver Desch, Vice President, Sales & Services Oliver Desch has over 10 years of management experience in sales and distribution as well as a wide range of knowledge in the network area. Before joining ipoque in December 2007, Oliver served as Senior Sales Engineer for the Hungarian security specialist BalaBit, where he managed the technical customer support in the German speaking area. For Astro Corp. Oliver built the support team and was in charge of the worldwide technical support.
	Ernst Kelting, Vice President, Business Development APAC Ernst Kelting joined ipoque in 2007 as VP Sales Asia. He brings more than 25 years of success in developing markets, building partnerships and growing sales revenue. Most recently, Ernst Kelting served as VP SE Asia for Kaspersky Labs, and built a successful distribution network for the Anti-Virus product line in a short time. From 2000 to 2005 he acted as VP Sales and Marketing at Astaro AG, where he built the worldwide sales and distribution network in America, Europe and Asia, with yearly growth rates over 100%.
