Regular updates
A regular firmware update service – several times a year – is available to ensure the continuing effectiveness of the protocol signatures. Every customer gets a support account on the ipoque support server. As soon as an update release is available ipoque sends out a notice via email. Every customer may then download and install the update release. ipoque tries to update the firmware to detect any supported protocol as soon as possible after a protocol has changed. Because of the obfuscating nature of many protocols ipoque cannot guarantee that every future version of a single protocol will be detectable by the PRX.
Support
there are four support classes available, Platimum which covers 24x7 assistance and is available - there is no forum on the portal, we decided that we do not want to discuss and do not want to maintain a user forum at this time.
