ipoque in Leipzig is looking for full-time team members Support.

ipoque is specialised in professional solutions for Internet traffic managment and analysis. Based on the broad product portfolio ipoque is offering its customers services in and the development of individual managment and analysis solutions. Among ipoque's customers are renowned enterprises, public institutions and Internet service provider (ISP) worldwide.

Your tasks:

First Level Support for our customes in bandwidth management and protocol analysis
Handling of technical inquiries of our customers
Support of internal QA by reproducing of customer issues

Our requirements:

Basic knowledge in network technology and IP protocol
Proficient in Linux
Fluent in wrtitten and spoken English
Work experinece in similar areas is preferable; but ipoque gives also entrants a break
Knowledge in programming languages preferable
